The idea of the Health Resort was inspired by the natural abundance of natural spring water characteristic on the site. The resort was designed by our Al Murshed architectural design service as a medical treatment facility that utilizes the natural therapeutic and restorative agents of the spring water as its core.

The main focal point is a man-made lagoon around which the facility functions. The lagoon was envisioned as a calming feature to facilitate a sense of peacefulness that provides conditions right for mood within the facility that includes a hospital, a medical college, sheltered swimming pools and spa facilities, forty residential villas and a mall. The car park is located on the outskirts of the facility to service visiting patrons and staff but it is well removed to promote a car free zone within the main compound.
