The site is accessed from two sides which presented a challenge, but after careful planning our Al Murshed architectural design services managed to create a functional and practical plan of access. The front entrance for family and guest whereas the rear entrance for the tenants and service use. The living space and master bedroom are taken towards the front side to get the spectacular view of the street. The kitchen has been pushed towards the backside of the villa for privacy and garden views and enhanced with our modern building solutions. The project is comprised of ground, first and second floors. The focal point of the ground floor is the swimming pool where the family gathers around it. A family living room on the First floor and second floor has two private apartments.
