The client loved Islamic architecture that inspired us at Al Murshed architectural design services in Kuwait to construct a villa with an architectural design reflective of these traditions. The facade treatment is done with modern architectural elements and materials were used to add beauty, richness and elegance to the overall property design. The main elevation of the villa facing east side allowed us for large windows to bring more natural light inside the house. The project includes ground, first and second floors adding to its mammoth nature. The ground floor of the villa is designed as a family gathering space with a reception area, kitchen and maid room. The first floor is created by architectural design services, as a private space with bedrooms whereas the second floor is designed as an art studio for the Owner's artistic wife. We have added a balcony as extra space to pursue her art that enables more natural light, fresh air and view of the exterior. It is a very bright and open space, perfect for creative minds. The Ground floor function is different from the first and second floors. To distinguish public and private spaces, we used 2 natural stones. These included Carrara beige in color and Arabescato brown in color on exterior finishing. We have used brown color stone on the ground floor and beige color on the first and second floor. We introduced elements for a breathtaking and modern space in Kuwait that exceeded our client expectations.
