The house massing volumes reflect the inside functions. The villa has two entries; front entrance for family and guests whereas the rear entrance is for the tenants and service use. The client is a well-known dentist with his family whose desire was for a tranquil and quiet residence far away from city. The Al Murshed project management team, listened to the client brief and proceeded with innovative design and creative architectural design services in Kuwait. The floors of the villa are designed in such way that it gets clear views towards the green space. The basement level holds swimming pool and additional guest area. The ground floor is designed as public gathering space and multifunction use, whereas the first floor holds bedrooms. The second floor has two apartments for his kids.
