The three keywords inspiring the orchestration of the Villa’s design were " Space," " Green-Space," and " Private Space." These factors contributed to the overall success of our Mishref Villa project in Kuwait. Based on our architectural design services in Kuwait, the spaces are organized based on the hierarchy of privacy. Less private, public spaces are situated as to have their adjacencies nearer the outdoor areas and entrances, while spaces located on the upper floors and to the rear of the Villa was to achieve ultimate privacy. Our professional service delivered the " Minimalist " exterior which is typically white is contrasted at the entrance with cut-stone accents and cantilevers that protrude the bedrooms into the garden space. The Cantilevered canopies are used to minimize the heat and light that would impact the overall comfort and the practicality of the architecture. The garden is a dramatic and beautiful respite and becomes the focal point to the residence. It was designed as a multi-level cascade of lush vegetation enabling a variety of activities to occur simultaneously, and for the family, varying instances as they enjoy the privacy of the green outdoor space. The " green space " was envisioned by our architectural design services to maximize the amount of natural lighting reaching the basement spaces. It is shrouded with tall shrubs and trees, to maximize privacy and acts as a buffer in sandstorms and against the noise of the vehicular traffic.
