The aspiration is to provide luxury apartments for the adjacent hospital doctors who are looking for the place to live near the hospital. Al Murshed was contacted to undertake the architectural design services and interior enhancement for the project. The project is divided into two buildings each on a plot of 500 M2. The elevator/staircase and car entrance are facing the street. The main entrance of the two villas is aligned in two different directions i.e. west and east creating natural air flow. The sun breakers and sunshades are designed to reduce the intensity of sun for the villa facing the west side. We provided more opening and sky lights to bring more natural light inside for the villa facing east. Each villa consists of three apartments for impressive architectural design services in Kuwait. The basement level of each villa offers car parking for the convenience of all residents.
