This "U" shape villa is surrounded by a sunken courtyard garden on the basement floor where all the floors of the villa overlook the well-maintained garden below. The villa is designed around the courtyard space to bring nature into the house. The site is accessed from one street adding to its privacy and its desirability determined by our architectural design services. This villa is designed for a client who is a Professor of Education. The project is undertaken by our architectural design services in Kuwait. It includes basement, ground, first and second floors. The basement floor holds a sunken courtyard garden and daily living areas all with views to the garden. A reception is located on the ground floor and the first floor accommodates bedrooms all overlooking the garden below. The second floor consists of one private apartment creating additional property value determined by our project management team.
