The "Contemporary Villa" managed by Al Murshed architectural design services in Kuwait. It is facing west side and to minimize the heat gain we reduced number of openings in the south side and provided the sunshades. Ground floor is arranged as the "guest living" area. The living space and master bedroom are taken towards the front side to get the spectacular view of the street. The kitchen has been pushed towards the backside of the villa as determined by our project management service. The 1st and 2nd floors are designed for the family living and each floor has its own living area and master bedroom. The basement floor is designed as a kind of" leisure- living" area with the diwaniya spaces for the guests and well-designed swimming pool which is separated with a kitchen, toilet and shower areas. All were achieved with our professional architectural design service.
