The Al Rawda villa represented by twin villas, were conceived as luxury living spaces for the families of two brothers living in Kuwait. The architectural design services of Al Murshed managed the planning, style, engineering and construction of the property, bringing the brothers’ vision for impeccable and practical residential design to life. The site is accessed from three sides which presented a challenge for our design and construction team however, our architectural services proved most impressive. The general “partie” attempts to equally capture the view from 3 sides, while it defines a hierarchy of spaces, organized from the street side, where the main living spaces are located. The service spaces are located towards the rear. Each villa has two entries, a formal one for family and the second entrance for guests. The basement level is characterized as a common gathering and entertainment space with a large reception area and swimming pool, created to serve both villas. In order to contrast the two villas distinct architectural style was applied. At Al Murshed Design we listened to the specific interests of our clients and incorporated their ideas for unified yet distinct living in the creation of the Al Rawda villa.
