A three-storey beach house designed to capture the natural features of the site. The program demarcates a clear distinction of public/private and the configuration situates all of the private family spaces on the side of the residence that captures views of the beach, which we at Al Murshed architectural design and interior design services in Kuwait wished to achieve. The entrance and reception hall are located on the other side of the residence. The living rooms and family gathering spaces are situated around an outdoor garden on the lower level characterized with a private swimming pool and Jacuzzi that creates the seamless connection to the beach. Located on the upper floors are the apartments and bedrooms for additional privacy but with the intent of visual continuity with the beach. The apartments and bedrooms are designed by our architecture design service with large windows and outdoor terraces to capture much of the surrounding coastal scenery.
